Wild at Heart Dogs, operated by Jess Jones, provides behaviour and emotion regulation specialist services for reactive dogs. Our services include free consultations, paid coaching programmes (REGAIN and REGAIN Extra Support), assessments, and educational resources. All services are provided on an as-is basis and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care or medical advice.
Free consultations are introductory calls designed to discuss your dog's behaviour and determine whether our services are a good fit for your situation. These calls do not constitute professional advice or treatment. Any recommendations made during a free consultation are general guidance only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary or behavioural assessment.
The REGAIN and REGAIN Extra Support programmes are self-directed coaching programmes delivered via email, video, and community support. Programme access is provided for the duration of your subscription or payment plan. Upon completion or cancellation, access to programme materials may be limited or removed.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Pricing is as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Refunds are available only until your first scheduled session with Jess. Once your first session has commenced, refunds are not available. All refund requests must be made in writing before your first session date.
All content on this website is the intellectual property of Wild at Heart Dogs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission. Personal use and sharing for non-commercial purposes is permitted provided you credit Wild at Heart Dogs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild at Heart Dogs and Jess Jones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
